Writing for The Brookings Institution‘s Education Plus Development blog, ACTNext Vice President Alina von Davier discusses the challenges of incorporating educational technology into the classroom.

She focuses on three issues in particular: the quality of measurement, the lack of evidence that these EdTech systems work, and finally, the question of what it means to support the student, as well as the teacher.

Further, she discusses how solutions to these challenges will involve providing highly interactive and adaptive learning experiences that keep learners engaged, while also collecting evidence about their progress.

As society moves forward to face these EdTech challenges, our mission at ACTNext has never been more timely or important.

We are dedicated to preparing students and educators to seize the opportunities the future presents, and to lead the way in developing the innovative technologies that will help them succeed.
