With 25 years working in higher education, Kacy joins us with broad expertise in leading teams and evidence of being a positive change agent across a variety of departments. She brings a unique perspective to the business of higher education in today’s landscape having worked in roles across all sectors of higher education. Most recently Kacy served Purdue University Global Iowa campuses with regional oversight of their Business Development and Strategic Partnerships initiatives as an employee of Kaplan Higher Education. In this role, her entrepreneurial spirit and excellent relationship building skills benefited Purdue University Global with partnerships, such as community colleges and other regional employers.

Prior positions Kacy has held include Campus President, Academic Dean, Executive Director and Associate Dean. In these positions, she was responsible for contributing to business outcomes and leading revenue generating performance within a fast-paced culture and during innovative delivery shifts in education. She is results oriented and is passionate about her work as a collaborative leader that energizes teams to be efficient, effective and focused on making a difference.

Kacy possesses a Masters of Education with a concentration in Counseling from Rivier College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Franklin Pierce University, both New Hampshire institutions. Kacy graduated from Brunswick High School, Brunswick, Maine her hometown.

She has held leadership roles on several professional committees across Iowa and is active in her local church where she enjoys being active in serving others. She is married to her husband, Corey and they have two sons, Noah and Ian, ages 18 and 16. Kacy currently resides in Minburn, Iowa and enjoys spending time watching her sons compete in regional competitive soccer events. She has numerous hobbies, including sketching, scrapbooking, sewing, gardening and raising chickens.
