Laurel Ozersky is a Learning Solutions Designer II at ACTNext’s Learning Solutions group. Prior to joining ACTNext, her work focused on engaging a more diverse student-body in the STEM fields, which led her to take a position teaching math and physics in Inglewood, CA. Her experiences in the classroom include enhancing project-based learning with “gamification” and game-based motivation methods, applying knowledge to real-world engineering scenarios, and engaging students with inquiry-based learning.
