Our mission is to empower students and teachers with learning experiences and verified credentials on critical skills for college and career success in support of ACT’s goals in closing the gaps in equity, opportunity, and achievement.
Edu2050 is a suite of online courses and verified credentials from ACT designed to empower individuals to unlock their talent and potential with the skills that matter for success in college and career.
Edu2050 is a platform that provides students with engaging learning experiences that involve activities such as design and modeling, simulated interviews with experts and peer-led instruction. Learners develop critical skills through gamified digital activities aligned to key standards and frameworks such as NGSS, PISA and ACT Holistic Framework. Students apply the skills to real-world problems across different topics such as climate science, design and the arts. They can dive deeper into a selected challenge or go for a new creative challenge on a different topic at any time during the course.
The edu2050 platform provides actionable analytics dashboard for teachers and administrators. ACT team offers ongoing support for partner schools and professional development for teachers in the context of edu2050 skills.
