Many successful noncognitive assessments use Situational Judgment Tests (SJT) for assessment, traditionally where examinees read or see a story (on paper or in a video), followed by multiple-choice questions. Our approach at ACTNext is to transform SJTs from an outside-in perspective to an immersive experience for the test takers. We have submitted proposals for this approach, including to the National Science Foundation, and are actively collaborating with ACT, Dr. Richard Roberts from ProExam, and our partners at Digital Artefacts.
