The ACT National Curriculum Survey (NCS)  is a study where we collect up-to-date survey responses from current K-12 teachers, postsecondary instructors, administrators, and supervisors and employees in workforce about what knowledge and skills are taught in K-12, and which are deemed critical for college and career readiness.

Questions cover core academic, cross cutting capabilities, and social-emotional learning as well as policy issues. Final datasets are coming in, so data analysis will be underway with a publication date of this spring.

These data inform our decisions on how to update test blueprints regarding what kinds of skills and questions should be included to support inferences about readiness.
